Shipping, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Narayan India, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping services.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping anywhere in India when your cart value is Rs. 500 and above.
• Nominal Fee: For orders below the cart value of Rs. 500, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be charged.
• Dispatch Time: Please allow 48 working hours for your order to be dispatched. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Processing and Shipping Delays: During busy times, such as holiday periods, there may be processing and shipping delays. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days for delivery.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation request, if the order has already been processed by us, it cannot be canceled. Narayan India reserves the right to decide whether an order should be canceled or not. Customers agree not to dispute the decision and accept Narayan India’s cancellation determination.

RETURNS & REFUND

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our policy:

• Timeframe: You have 24 hours to return an item from the date of receipt.
• Eligibility: We accept returns for damaged products or manufacturing defects. Please email an image of the damaged product along with proof of purchase to support@narayanindia.com.
• Resolution: We will respond with the best possible resolution within 24 hours.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

ORDER AND PRICE POLICY

• Order Cancellation: Narayan India reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, irrespective of confirmation or payment receipt, for reasons such as incorrect pricing. In such cases, 100% payment will be refunded, and the user will be duly informed.

NON-DELIVERY OR LATE DELIVERY

If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address, recipient not available), any additional costs incurred by Narayan India for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
