Returns & Refund Process:
- Timeframe: You have 48 hours to initiate a return from the date you receive the item.
- Eligibility: We accept returns for products received in damaged conditions or with manufacturing defects.
- Notification: To initiate a return, email images of the damaged product, along with proof of purchase, to support@narayanindia.com.
- Resolution Time: We aim to provide you with the best possible resolution within 48 hours.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refund Processing: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
Order and Price Policy:
Narayan India reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded, and the user will be promptly informed.
Non-Delivery or Late Delivery:
If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address, recipient not available), any extra costs incurred by Narayan India for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
